Hello,
my name is Petra. I am from the Czech republic, now living in England. I have autism. I don't have any friends or family here. I would like to join community to spend Sabbath with and go to synagogue etc. but I have had bad experience before. I would like to find someone to take me with them and guide me in learning Judaism. I have speech difficulty and can not express myself much, except in writing. I hardly ever speak to people. I am extremely quiet, shy person. I studied religion at university and want to study more about Judaism.I have been going through conversion for past few years but don't have any guidance anymore. I would like to find a mentor, who will be able to teach me and who would be understanding towards my autism.

Dear petra,
I would love to help you BUT I have a small house with nowhere to put guests!! I can easily correspond with you by email if you want though and you are welcome to come round and ask questions when I am available! Bear in mind that my house is not the neatest of places so be warned.
To learn more and find a mentor you would be best contacting the Manchester Beth Din on 0161 740 9711 who may be able to help you as they are the ones who deal with conversion here in Manchester.
